Survey Methods: Aerial survey 1994-5 by Hunting Aerofilms Ltd. for SERC. Photographs are available in hard copy only. 1:10'000 set of colour aerial photographs (stereoscopic pairs) for the County of Somerset (1974-96). 3341 photographs each cover c. 6km by 6km.
Purpose: To provide a data resource that allows cost-effective coarse level interpretation of landscape and habitat features.
