To submit a single record please fill in the simple form below - the information is crucial to produce an accurate and useful record - then click submit. We will add your record to our system after making any necessary checks.
The boxes marked with a red star need to be filled out, but if you don't know the grid reference please just enter unknown in the box. An excellent web-based tool 'Grab a Grid Reference', developed by the Bedfordshire Natural History Society, enables you to easily assign a grid reference based on Ordnance Survey maps and aerial photographs.
